The Friendly Place in Kailua-Kona welcomes people and families who are currently homeless or need assistance in the West Hawaiʻi area.

Open 8:30 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday
Closed on Federal and State Holidays and the second Friday of the month for staff meetings.
You do not need to be registered for:
- meals:
breakfast (M-F 9:00-9:30 am or pau)
lunch (M-F, 11:00 am-Noon or pau) - coin laundry (coins are not provided, detergent is) (M-F, 9:00-11:00 am [last load in])
- showers (M-F, 8:30 am-Noon)
We provide registered clients with:
- mail (M-F, 9:00-10:00 am)
- emergency services
- phone for housing or job related calls
- fax usage
- case management
- lockers (when available)
