This prestigious global event will take place from September 9-12, 2025, in beautiful Hilo, Hawai‘i. The Street Medicine Institute brings together healthcare professionals, community leaders, and advocates dedicated to providing care for those experiencing homelessness. Mark your calendars and join us as we explore innovative ways to improve health outcomes and services for our communities.

21st Annual International Street Medicine Symposium Apparel
Important Details:
- PRE-ORDER IS NOW CLOSED.
- All pre-ordered shirts will be available for pick-up starting on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at the Grand Naniloa Hotel during pre-symposium check-in.
- Unisex shirts will also be available for purchase during the symposium—while supplies last.
- Orders will be produced and shipped by Creative Arts Hawaii, and delivered to HOPE Services for distribution.
All sales are final – no returns or exchanges will be accepted after distribution.
