Hilo, HI, October 12, 2017 – HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc. was the most recent beneficiary of the Ohana Fuels ‘Fuel Up. Do Good’ program. Ohana Fuels partners with nonprofit organizations that serve the needs of the local community, and donates a portion of every gallon of gasoline purchased at all Ohana Fuels stations in that community. A portion of all 3rd quarter sales at all Ohana fuels locations in the amount of $10,771.68 was donated to HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc.

HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc. serves families and individuals experiencing homelessness on Hawaii Island, delivering on the mission to “bring to life gospel values of justice, love, compassion and hope through service, empowerment and advocacy” through a continuum of programs and services including: outreach, case management, information and referral services, advocacy, representative payee services, emergency and transitional shelter, prison re-entry mentoring programs, housing placement, emergency financial assistance, permanent supportive housing, financial empowerment initiatives, and service-enriched housing.
