HOPE Services Hawaii, Inc. (HOPE) invests in our employees by offering a comprehensive compensation package.

Full-time employee packages may include:

13 paid holidays and 3 additional days off per calendar year including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve;

120 hours of personal time off per calendar year. Personal time include emergencies, taking care immediate family members when they are ill, or when employees are not feeling well;

80 hours of vacation time for employees who have worked for HOPE from 1-5 years, 120 hours for employees who have worked six through ten years and 160 hours for employees who have worked 11 years and more;

Paid Bereavement Leave;

Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate for business related activities;

92% coverage of our employee’s and their families medical and dental premiums;

A match to employees 401k plan of up to 8% of their gross salary;

$50,000 Group Life Insurance Plan.
